    SkillO is a professional skills training and overseas workforce preparation institute. We provide international-standard vocational training, language preparation, and workplace orientation to ensure candidates are job-ready and globally employable.

  • Which core industries or trades do you offer training for?

    We offer structured programs in five core sectors:
    • Nursing Care: Preparing trainees for healthcare and caregiving roles.
    • Construction: Training for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
    • Welding & Metal Fabrication: Focused on industrial plants, shipyards, and manufacturing.
    • Driving & Logistics: Preparing professional drivers for transport and delivery services.
    • Agriculture & Farming: Focused on modern farms and greenhouse operations.

  • Does SkillO have specific programs for people wanting to work in Japan?

    Yes. We prepare candidates specifically for Japan under two programs: the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), which focuses on skill transfer and discipline, and the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program for those ready to contribute directly to Japan’s labor market.

  • Is language training included in the programs?

    Yes, language ability is a key focus area. We provide Japanese language training (specifically N5–N4 levels), English for workplace communication, and trade-specific vocabulary to help you succeed in interviews and international work environments.

  • What kind of training facilities do you have?

    SkillO provides a hands-on environment that simulates real workplace conditions. Our facilities include modern classrooms, practical welding workshops, construction practice areas, nursing care simulation rooms, and specialized driving and safety training tools.

  • Besides technical skills, what else will I learn?

    Our programs are designed to be holistic. In addition to practical skills, you will receive training in occupational health and safety (OHS), professional ethics, site discipline, teamwork, and cultural orientation to prepare you for life abroad.
